AC-Dust Off
Self-Rinsing Foam Spray for In-Door Coils

PRODUCT DATA AC-Dust Off is a self-rinsing Spray with enhanced

microbiological control. AC-Dust Off is surface active
organically substituted nitrogen compound which combine
with the negatively charged receptor groups in the cell walls
and causes cell lysis. AC-Dust Off softens the accumulated
dust on the coil, and cleans In-Door Coil just by condensation
of the water over coil.

PRODUCT FEATURES AC-Dust Off is a self-rinsing cleaner for In-Door Coils & Cooler
Coils. It utilizes naturally condensate water to flush away all
kind of dirt, oily particles and other accumulations.
AC-Dust Off causes cell death through protein denaturation
by distorting the permeability of the cell wall and reduce the
normal flow of life sustaining nutrients into the cell.
AC-Dust Off also controls all kind of microorganisms including
“Legionella Pneumophila” which is highly fetal bacteria that
causes different kind of Pneumonia.
AC-Dust Off is a highly versatile product for In-Door Coil
Cleaning.
AC-Dust Off protects Aluminum from corrosion as well.
STABILITY AND  Non-corrosive to materials of construction under specified
dosage guideline.
COMPABILITY  No special precautions required for handling and storage.
 Good shelf life under normal storage conditions.
How To Use 1) Switch Off the Power Supply and Unplug the
system.
2) Do Not Shake the bottle before spray & Spray Auto
Dust-Off approximately 6 inches away on In-Door
Coil. Keep the bottle straight while spraying.
3) AC-Dust Off will generate foam on the surface of the
In-Door Coil. Make sure that foam covers all area of coil.
4) Switch on the system. It will allow the Auto Dust- Off
foam to penetrate in the coil. Allow normal cycle to create
condensation on In-Door Coil & Fins.
5) Cleaning will start with condensate water without
disturbing any normal operation.

PACKAGING & HANDLING AC-Dust Off is moderately toxic by ingestion and may be
irritating to skin and eyes when comes under the direct
contact. In use-concentration, the solution doesnot
present any hazard. If direct contact occurs, wash with
generous quantity of water.
Avoid contact with eyes & skin. If accidental contact
occurs, wash with plenty of water and if ingested, obtain
medical aid.
Importer handling this material can be injurious to
workers. Observe all safety precautions shown in
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
