1. You are called for detailed scrutiny of your candidature on the date and time mentioned above. If you are found eligible
according to the criterion given in the advertisement, you would be allowed to appear for the interview of this post.
2. The Punjab Public Service Commission, will not pay any T.A./D.A. on this account.
3. Please also bring with you the originals (Along with 2 set of photocopies) of the following documents for the interview,
as
applicable: -
i. Secondary School (Matriculation) certificate.
ii. Intermediate Certificate.
iii. Diploma(s)
iv. Degree(s)
v. Post-graduate Degree(s)
vi. Result Card or detailed marks certificates of all your examinations.
vii. Domicile Certificate of relevant district of Province of Punjab issued on or before
the closing date.
viii. Graduate, Post-graduate, Thesis/project report, if any.
ix. Research Papers if any.
x. Certificate of Registration in your profession.
xi. Age relaxation order (original) if applicable.
xii. Original and Valid National Identity Card (Computerized)
xiii. Original Treasury Receipt (TR) of fee paid for the post of

xiv. PMDC Certificate (for Medical Officers / Women Medical Officers only)
xv. House Job Certificate (for Medical Officers / Women Medical Officers only)
4. The interview will  be held on the aforementioned date even if, per chance, it
is declared a Public Holiday. Unless
change in the interview date is intimated to
you in advance, the fixed date will remain the same.
5. If you fail to appear in the interview on the date & time specified
above, your candidature will be cancelled.
6. No request for postponement of interview will be accepted.
7. A provisional interview call letter also has been sent on your e-mail address. You must follow the instructions given on
that.
8. YOU MUST BRING THIS LETTER WITH YOU ON INTERVIEW DAY.

COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS
No candidate will be allowed to enter PPSC Offices without mask. Ensure to bring Mask with you.
All Candidates are required to wear masks throughout their stay in PPSC Offices.
All Candidates are to occupy only the seats allocated to them and not change the seats in any case.

All Candidates must avoid hand shake in the PPSC Offices.
Avoid Touching eyes, nose, and mouth.
All Candidates must maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance from each other.
All Candidates are required to wash hands with soap for 20 seconds before appearing for the documents
check.
All candidates are required to Cover Nose & Mouth When Sneezing.
Any Candidate while in PPSC Offices, start feeling symptoms or feelings of COVID-19, including but not
limited to shortness of breath, coughing, high fever and sore throat, must immediately inform the PPSC Staff.
Avoid touching door handles, stair bars, or Elevator buttons.
