AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

          I, MARILYN D. PELAYO, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of

Lawis, San Remigio, Cebu, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, depose and state THAT:

1. I was the live-in partner of NENITO S. BULIQUE, SR. before he died

on August 8, 2019 due to Hepatoma.

2. We lived together and purported ourselves as husband and wife

under the same roof, continuously, and without any interruption,
for around ten (10) years before his death, as stated.

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
