AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, NENITA REQUISO TAGLUKOP VDA. DE TAMAYO, Filipino, of

legal age, and a resident of Luyang, San Remigio, Cebu, after having been
sworn in accordance with the law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the owner of Lot No. 16005-p, located in Luyang, San

Remigio, Cebu.

2. I gave my consent to my daughter Maria Niere to build a house

over the said property.

3. The house that she built has been standing thereon for around
eight years already.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever purpose this may serve.
