Dear Dir. Capati:

In response to your Request for Quotation dated 21 July 2021 (“RFQ”), we

take this opportunity to present to you our quotation for the supply of 2220 gallons
70% Isopropyl Alcohol, as follows:

-Dermatologically approved
-With pleasant smell and moisturizer

In compliance to the RFQ, our quotation is inclusive of all taxes, duties

and/or levies payable and shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the
period of submission. Moreover, we are also attaching the FDA Notification of the
product provided to us by the manufacturer as an integral attachment.

Finally, we commit to the delivery schedule provided for in the RFQ,

specifically, 50% (1110 gallons) within seven (7) days upon receipt of the
Purchase Order and the remaining 50% (1110 gallons) shall be delivered after
sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
