But since there were only few parents who attended the meeting, it was then decided that the parents of the classroom officers shall be automatically the Homeroom PTA Officers and will be called for another meeting to elect the new set of Federated PTA Officials. ‘The second agendum was the “no collection policy” which was explained and reiterated by the school head. She explained that the policy covers only those who are in Grades 1-4, thus, an authorized contributions shall be collected from Grades 5-12 but not compulsory. The authorized contributions are as follows: PTA Donation 100.00 SSG Fee 60.00 SPA 90.00 Ancillary 20.00 Athletics Fee 30.00 300.00 The PTA Donation will be contributed according to the number of parents only, while the remaining authorized contributions will be donated according to the number of students enrolled. The parents suggested and agreed to pay the authorized contribution quarterly with a resolution. ‘The third agendum was the school policy and guidelines as well as the assessment of the learners for the S.Y. 2019-2020.
