Online Karoling for a Cause

This project is a quantitative selection tools because upon doing this we will generate
money.  Reviewers look at the quality and process performance standards and measure them
against actual performance. The performance standard is based on the members of choir in our
parochial church. The head of the organization creates rules and guidelines for each member
position in the organization. The funds generated in this project will go to the chosen
beneficiary in a charity.

Plastic ni Juan

This project is a quantitative one wherein the students or anyone who is interested to
join are encouraged to collect plastic bottles in exchange of face mask and alcohol. These plastic
bottles will be recycled to plastic chairs and will be donated to public schools. Quality
performance standards can either be product. Owners and executives work with operational
managers to set product quality standards for all goods or services produced. The best way to
engage in quantitative project management here is to review a random sample of products.

HAU’s your run? (Fun Run)

This project is a qualitative one because the purpose of this project is to market the
school in line with its goals and its proposed results with the strategic goals of the organization.
This project encourages students from different schools to join in this fun run by buying tickets
during Foundation Day with a cash prize per placement and scholarships. It addresses market to
the school because outsiders will be able to witness the facilities of the school and it also offers
different prizes.

HAU Online Concert of Different Bands

This project is a qualitative one wherein students of HAU are allowed to attend in the
concert since the payment in the online concert is already included in their payment of school
fees. For the outsiders, they need to avail tickets to have access on the online concert. The
school has funds to deliver this kind of project through solicitation. This project can use the
school resources like the venue and utilities inside the campus.

Feeding Program

This project is a qualitative one where in the school will look for sponsors or solicitors
that could help to raise funds in this project. This project is consistent with the school’s mission
which is to have compassion to each individual by having outreach programs.
