The table shows how many individuals have visited the Ashdown Museum and how satisfied they

were
before to and during the refurbishment.

A more detailed look at the data showed that in the last 12 months of its initial state over 74 000
individuals visited the museum. In the year after renovations, this rose by around 25 percent to 92,000
visitors. As can be observed, exactly half of visitors were extremely unsatisfied and dissatisfied before to
redecorating, with 10% and 40% respectively, but 3/4 of visitors became pleased and very satisfied
following refurbishing, with 40% and 35% respectively.

Only 15% of visitors were extremely happy prior to the restoration, compared to 35% thereafter, a
significant increase. Another notable difference is the unhappy group, which has decreased from 40%
prior to 15% after the remodeling. Also, the number of those who were extremely unhappy dropped by
half. Furthermore, the same persons do not respond or engage in the polls in both time periods,
accounting for just 5% of the total.
