Primary Skills and Responsibilities:

 Write proposal content, including technical sections, management and staffing

sections, and executive summaries.
 Need to develop extensive knowledge of Capgemini offerings and solutions
 Need to develop good understanding of Capgemini contract risks and compliance
 Should be able to review and edit sections drafted by other contributors.
 Should manage, coordinate and craft winning proposals from initiation till orals with
Sr execs, technical and solutioning teams, Pricing/Commercial teams, Legal/Contract teams
and SME’s
 Should synthesize raw content from various sources into a consistent, cohesive and
comprehensive messaging
 Ensure final submission is compliant with regulations and instructions in the RFP/RFI

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 Experience preparing proposals

 Understanding of context/country of RFP.
 Proven technical writing skills and track record of creating compelling, clear, and
succinct documents.
 Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities under
tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:

 A minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a lead writer on technical and solution

proposals.
 Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and write about complex topics.
 Strong attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
 Familiarity and/or expertise in IT frameworks and methodologies
 Domain expertise will be good to have
