cupressure Bearing Support Point is a healing point for Asthma. The B36 Point is located on tip of the Shoulder Blades and that’s shy it is also known as Shoulder Blades Point. You can recognize Bearing Support Point by referring the picture above. Apply firm pressure on B36 Point both shoulders for two-three minutes to get relief in Asthma Attack and Spasms of Shoulder Muscles as well as Neck Muscles. Base of Thumb Point: ‘Acupressure Base of Thumb Point is best point for Asthma Relief. The Base of Thumb Point is situated on the pad of palm on bottom of thumb as shown in picture above.
