A) Ginger, garlic and turmeric, all have anti-inflammatory properties
which helps the body to slow down the inflammation process.

14.What is the role of metabolism in a diabetic?


A) Metabolism defines how well your body is digesting and absorbing
all the nutrients that it receives. If your boy does not absorb the
nutrients it will be more prone to further infection and
inflammation. Including fibers in your diet, drinking ample amount
of water or as much water prescribed by your physician and being
active will keep your metabolism on the run and make you feel
healthy.

15. Should we follow a particular diet for our entire lifetime?


A) Yes, it will definitely be better if a particular type of diet is
followed throughout
Here is a sample diet below:
i. Start your day with hot water, lemon, 2 pinches of turmeric,
pinch of cinnamon (6 AM)
ii. (6.30 AM) fenugreek infusion minimum 1-2 tsp which has
been infused for minimum 2 hours i.e. soaked in water for
12 hours minimum 300 ml water to drink.
iii. (7 AM) You can have a mixture of any of the veggies
a. 5 cephaladonas + 1 turnip juice with little water
approximately 50-60 ml. OR
b. Spinach + Pineapple +Almond + Water. OR
c. Bitter Gourd + Ginger + Lemon juice + Water.
iv. Add curry leaves or amla in your diet before eating anything
with warm water.
v. Breakfast : Any of the citric fruit like oranges or tangerine,
oats in any form as in upma ,dosa. Also include tomatoes in
your diet.
vi. Lunch : include green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, beans,
vegetables with an increased water content like cucumber,
bitter gourd, bottle gourd, etc. If possible include salads and
more of vegetables and less of carbohydrates and have
chapati made of jowar or ragi or besan.
vii. Mid- time snacks : Green tea with mint or any fruit except
banana, chikoo, mango, custard apple.
viii. Before Sleep : Haritaki, curry leaves powder, wild amla
powder all in equal amount and mix it in water and drink 1
bottle of this mixture.
ix. Make sure you chew your food properly for better
digestion.
x. Follow the following cleansing routine after your HbA1C
tests have yielded normal or controlled results
a. Colon cleanse once a week.
b. Kidney cleanse twice in a month.
c. Liver cleanse once every month.
d. Eye cleanse every day after getting up and before
going to sleep buy eye wash cup and fill water in it
