Introduction
There are various types of diseases that affects the human body in many ways, and this may
harm the body severely. The conditions of the human body changes from time to time as it must
adapt to the new and developed things around it. This research is based on the different issues
that has a huge impact on the human body and it has been discussed throughout the research and
has been presented to be understandable to everyone.

3
Defining the Health Issue
In simple words obesity is a common disease and it has a huge number of people affected. If any
individual has a body mass index of over 30 then he is said to have obese. This occurs due to the
excess of body fat at different parts of the body, and it only gets worsen if the proper cautions are
not taken to stop this disease[ CITATION McK13 \l 18441 ]. The condition of obesity is not new
in this era as there have been many people who have been affected by this disease and in some
occasions it has been turned into a fatal disease as well.

In other words, it can be stated that, obesity occurs when an individual has a excess amount of fat
in his body compared to the hight of the respective individuals. It means that if one person gets
overweight then he is most likely to be affected by obesity. The conditions of obesity are normal
as they may be turned on because of any sort of difference in the fat and height combination of
the individual person and it needs to be taken care of through the various work-related concepts
that are being practiced in the medical field and other related fields[ CITATION Pea11 \l
18441 ]. This has a negative impact on the social life of the people, and it may give rise to other
disease such as diabetes, blood pressure, damage of organ and many more related conditions. All
these are considered as life threatening disease, and it may be the cause of death at any situation.

4
Describing Relative Information with Physiology for the Health Issue
The present scenario of obesity is increasing day by day and it has been through several changes
over the years which has brought the despair in the present scenario. To be able to counter this
aspect the surrounding developments have been made in this regard that the obesity is now
considered as a life threating disease who are not able to control this in their body. Though it has
some challenges, the main theme has been to work on the influence and according to the plans
there may have been some cases related to the adult and the children who are the present victims
of obesity thoroughly[ CITATION Tuc11 \l 18441 ]. It is estimated that around 80% of the death
around the world is because of obesity and it has been the main cause for the rate of children
deaths. According to WHO the rate of the people affected by obesity are increasing at an
alarming rate and this has to be changed to keep the track under the event which has been the
main function for the people who are living an unhealthy life.

The physiological case of obesity mainly depends on the various forms of diseases that has been
brought to discuss as this is likely to consider the overall metabolism of any person. In a survey
it is stated that around 28% of the adults living in England have obesity and they have been
living their lives in this utmost despair situation.

Heart diseases: This is one of the most common disease nowadays as most of the people are
affected by this disease. This may be caused by obesity as the heartbeats are depended on the
amount of blood that the body needs circulate. From this point of view, this is a huge threat of
obesity.

Digestion problems: Various types of digestion problems occur because of obesity. Problems
such as infection in stomach, infection the pancreas, gallbladder etc. are different from of
problem that happens because of the digestion problems. There may be infection in the
gastrologic part of the human body as well which is not a good thing at all under any condition.

Diabetes: Diabetes is one of the major problems that is causes by obesity. The harmful condition
such as Type Two diabetes is the main thing which is caused because of the obesity, and it
happens to be life threatening in some conditions. The person needs to be aware of this situation
and he has to control the overall actions to prevent the worse from happening.

5
Sleep apnea: Lack of sleep affects the human body and there are several impacts which has its
own negative impact on the human body. If the body doesn’t get enough sleep, then the different
organs and other parts will be affected because of this issue and it may change the human
behaviours to some extreme conditions and to keep this in control it is best suited to take over the
situation and have a good sleep altogether.

Bone Damage: As the part of obesity there may be bone damage to the person, and it may have
a negative situation which needs to be considered on the basis of the works. The bone damage is
caused because of the lack of nutrients and the presence of excess fat in the human body which
has been caused by the side effect of obesity.

Cancer: Another possibility is that there may be cancers from the obesity. There may be cancer
cells in some of the important body parts such as cervix, ovary, rectum and many more. It is
implied that around 85,000 deaths are caused by the obesity, and it is increasing day by day.

Respiratory disorders: There may be some disorders in the human body because of the obesity
as well. These changes have a huge connection, and it needs to be developed under the precision
or it will cause more damage to the patients.

The people are affected by obesity are clearly looked down in the society and this has a negative
impact on the lives of the people. The best way is to make the life of the people a good one and
help them overcome their fear and their morals are to be increased through the different sections
that may be helpful toward the obesity patients.

6
Disclosing the Findings of the Case Study & the Causes
To complete the assessment, one person has been selected who will give the valuable
information regarding his difficulties and problems that he has been facing over the years. The
selected person is Mr. Johnson who is 42 years old and currently he his very upset with his
obesity. At present he BMI of Mr. Johnson is 31.54 and he has been trying to reduce the BMI to
the extent of a health life. Mr. Johnson is around 240 pounds, and he has a height of 5 ft 11 inch
which makes him a giant person. The blood pressure of Johnson is 105-220 which is a serious
problem for obesity patients, and it will slowly affect him in many ways. After having a through
examination of Mr. Johnson and taking a close look to his physiological factors and the
following aspects have been mentioned to clear the confusions –

● Mr. Johnson has a bad habit of smoking, and he usually smokes around 10 cigarettes
every day which is not a good sign at all.

● Mr. Johnson has high blood pressure that has been confirmed from his previous reports.

● There is not medical history of heart attack of amnesia and Mr. Johnson is very positive
that he hasn’t have aby sort of minor attacks.

● In the family history it is observed that, father of Mr. Johnson had a heart attack at the
age of 65 and he has been paralyzed on the left side for the rest of his life. Other than this,
there has not been any major medical histories.

● Mr. Johnson has informed that he is found of cycling and swimming. He has mentioned
that he likes to swim but because of his health condition he is not able to swim for a large
amount of time and it gives him pain in shoulders as well.

● Mr. Johnson has no fixed diet plan, and he likes to eat a lot of junk food. He even
mentioned that he is found of having cold drinks all the time and he likes to drink them
more that two times a day. He also informed that he is found of foods and spicy which he
eats whenever he likes to eat them.

● Mr. Johnson has stated that he is not very fond of alcohol. He only drinks alcohol on rare
occasions which is not a good thing for the obesity.

7
From the discussion it is clear that Mr. Johnson is not following any sort of diet at all. If he
continues to live like this then this will have a negative impact on the lifestyle and it may be the
reason of death for him. To improve the present lifestyle of Mr. Johnson he needs to follow strict
diet and the following diet plan may be used –

 Mr. Johnson needs to control on the consumption of calories. He has to stop the excess of
calories. For the adult male around 2500 calories per day is enough. Mr. Johnson needs to
strictly follow this routine and control the consumption of the calories.
 Mr. Johnson needs to stop smoking and drinking. If he is not able to stop both of these
bad habits, then this would be a great problem in the upcoming days when Mr. Johnson
will face many serious diseases at the same time. Keeping this in mind, he needs to
control the smoking and the intake of alcohol completely otherwise it would not be of
any good to him at all.
 Mr. Johnson needs to stop on the consumption of cold drinks as well. Cold drinks contain
a large amount of sugar which is very bad for the people who have obesity. If the cold
drinks are not stopped then this would have a negative impact and most likely affect Mr.
Johnson in form of new diseases.
 To increase the metabolism, Mr. Johnson needs to be able to choose the time of the food
and he has to eat the food at that fixed time which will help him to increase his
metabolism to the next level and it will help him to control his BMI.

8
Describing Some Possible Intervention
As the problems related to obesity has been increasing day by day which has been caused the
deaths to the people. To achieve the targets and improve the cases under the event of formation
there are some factors leading the plan for Mr. Johnson which he needs to follow accordingly
and precisely[ CITATION Wau14 \l 18441 ]. If the plans are not properly met, then the whole
result will have a negative impact and it has to be decorated in such a way that Mr. Johnson will
be able to continue with the works that will help him to continue the works to reduce his BMI
and also help him achieve the targets for the healthy and happy life. Properly he needs to work,
and he needs to follow the diet chart that ha been prepared especially for him which will help
him to control the fat. By taking all these factors into action it would be possible for Mr. Johnson
to work and achieve his target BMI. The conditions of obesity are normal as they may be turned
on because of any sort of difference in the fat and height combination of the individual person
and it needs to be taken care of through the various work-related concepts that are being
practiced in the medical field and other related fields.

9
Conclusion
Obesity is a global concern, and it is necessary to be aware of the condition. If people become
aware of the situation and the health risks, it is possible to overcome the situation and reduce the
deaths caused by obesity. There are some possible solutions or interventions to reduce the risk
and live a healthy life.
