Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days
(inclusive of twenty (20) rainy/unworkable days). Bidders should have completed a

Docurnents at the address given below from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM fi'orn MONDAY
to FRIDAY.

Road Ninoy Aquino Avenue, 1300 Pasay City, Meno Manila, which shall be open to
prospective bidders.

7 Bids rnust be duly rgceived by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before

Ninoy Aquino Avenue, 1300 Pasay City, Metro Manila. All bids must be accornpanied
by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause

Bid opening shall be on April 03, 2019 @ 2:00PM at CAAP Conference Room,
CAAP Compound, MIA Road Ninoy Aquino Avenue, 1300 Pasay City, Metro
Manila. Bids will be-opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose

8. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines reserves the right to reject any and all
bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to
