13. Life-long Learning Opportunities


Students of this course will learn the legal aspects governing tourism and
hospitality industry. They will also improve their communication skills during
discussions, as well as practice critical and creative thinking during writing of papers,
assignments and case studies. They are also expected to practice gender-responsive
behavior during and hopefully even when no longer in class.

1. Course requirements submitted beyond the deadline will be given a score of


zero.
2. If not all the course requirements were satisfied but the class standing is still
>75% a grade of Incomplete will be given until such time that all the requirements
have been satisfied.
3. A grade of five (5) will be given to student s caught cheating in examinations and
quizzes.
