1. Any case of exigency leave can be granted only through proper channel (project coordinator & HOD).
2. Group members are required to be present as per schedule provided, failing to which group will be
considered as absent.
3. The presentation will start at 14:30 onwards. It is mandatory to all groups to join the
meeting at sharp 14:30. Project committee may call the group randomly.
