e-Tender Evaluation: Total 03 (Three) nos. e-tenders document sold and 5 (Five) nos. submitted within the
deadline 31-Oct-2022 14:00for submission under the contract package and Tender ID mentioned above. TOC
opened the submitted e-tenders on 31-Oct-2022 14:00 (refer to TOR 1&2).

During preliminary examination of the received tenders, all the members of the TEC checked, scrutinized and found
that 03 (Three) nos. e-tender continue to exist as eligible (refer to TER 1).

As regards to the technical responsiveness, the members of TEC intensely examined and found 5 (Five) nos.
tenderer complied with the qualification requirements and other required documents (refer to TER 2).

In order to determine the lowest evaluated tender, the members of TEC followed the system generated financial
evaluation and price comparison among the tenderers of equal price of equal amount of substantially responsive
tenders. It has been observed that the e-GP system selected e-tender submitted by lowest evaluated Tenderer M/S
Maisha steel Engineering, Prop:Md.abdul hakim ,Address:Tarapasa,Boyla,Upazila: Kishoreganj-Sadar,
Dist. Kishoreganj this quoted total Tender Price BDT: 3,86,460.950 ranked as L1 (refer to TER 3) which is 5%
less than the official estimated cost.

Thereafter TEC carried out post qualification of the system selected lowest evaluated tenderer and found qualified.
Following that e-GP system finally selected and recommended for award evaluated Tenderer Tenderer M/S
Maisha steel Engineering, Prop:Md.abdul hakim ,Address:Tarapasa,Boyla,Upazila: Kishoreganj-Sadar,
Dist. Kishoreganj (refer to TER 4).

Decision: In back of all the discussions and information the following decision was made in the meeting
unanimously:

(1) The committee recommends accepting e-tender submitted by substantially responsive lowest evaluated

Kishoreganj-Sadar, Dist. Kishoreganj at his quoted total Tender Price BDT 3,86,460.950 (Three lac
Eighty six thousand four hundred and sixty point nine five zero taka)
(2) TEC is recommending for 10% performance security.
