Dear Sir(s),
This is to notify you that your Tender for the work under reference has been accepted. We are
pleased to place this Letter of Award (LOA) on you for a total contract value of
Rs. 45,26,68,123.00 (Rupees Forty Five Crore Twenty Six Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand One
Hundred and Twenty Three Only). All Taxes and duties will be as per Clause no. 8.0 of SCC.

Performance Guarantee: Pursuant to conditions of the contract, you are required to furnish
irrevocable Performance Guarantee for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent only) of
contract value within 15 days from the issue of this letter of award.

Time Schedule: The Time of 24 (Twenty Four) Months allowed for execution of the work shall be
reckoned from 10th day from the date of issue of letter of award. You are also required to submit
Completion Schedule of the Project within 10 (Ten) days from the date of issue of LOA. This will
be duly got approved from NBCC. This approved completion schedule shall form a part of the
agreement.

Take off Meeting: First Take off meeting will be held with Director (Commercial) I HO and
GM (SBG - Infra) within 10 days at NBCC H.O. at Lodhi Road, New Delhi from the date of issue
of LOA. The meeting should be attended by your authorized representative and Project In Charge
for this Project. They should come with Mile Stone I Completion Schedule / Work Mobilization and
Execution plan of the Project. ~

Contract Agreement: You shall enter into a formal agreement with the NBCC, on non- judicial
stamp paper within a period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of issue of this letter of Award.
Performance Guarantee and 05 nos. Non-Judicial stamp papers of Rs.1 00.00 each are required
to be submitted by you to the office of GM (SBG - Infra) for entering into a formal agreement with
NBCC (India) Limited. It may be noted that no payment shall be made for any work carried out by
you till the agreement is executed and till such time the Performance Guarantee has been
submitted by you.
