Project Description
Name of the Enterprise
The business proponents came up with the “INSPIRED CUSTOM CLOTHING” as the name
of the business as it well offers with quality apparel as well as fashionable design. The business
name ‘Inspired’ represents to fill customers with confidence and express their own desire.

Location
The location of the enterprise will be in National Highway besides Palawan Pawnshop,
Poblacion, Bayawan City. The location itself can attract customers for it is located at the
center of the city. It may not have a bigger space; however, it is the only existing custom
clothing business in the city.

History of the Project


The researchers share their ideal business to put up, and the most things that they wanted are
to have a Custom Clothing. They came up this idea since generations nowadays are obsessed
on the new trends of apparel. Aside from that, it is the only existing custom clothing business in
the city.

INSPIRED CUSTOM CLOTHING will offer a variety of clothing products online and
encourages creativity to the customers when they purchase their preferred apparels in
our online store. The proponent figure out to have different types of apparel so that the
customers has an option what apparel they want to customize which will suit the
mood and feelings of the customer and has something to accomplish through their wants with
the good service, exact location and affordable price.

Vision
INSPIRED CUSTOM CLOTHING by 2030 aims to pursue excellence in combination with
profitable growth so that inspired custom clothing business and branches is the leading
clothing customization in the country by empowering innovation and design to provide
total customer satisfaction.

Mission
INSPIRED CUSTOM CLOTHING is to create an apparel customization business that can
offer superior design, quality and high-value products for active consumers of all
ages.We will accomplish this by being committed to offering great service and real value
to our customers.We will provide a pleasant, fair and diverse environment, allowing our
associates to grow in their careers and experience constant improvements in their
lifestyle

This part of the paper discusses in detail the demand and supply analysis of the proposed business,
marketing mix (product, price, place of distribution and promotion) and the Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Analysis

Business Description
ALL4U Services is a service provider type of business that offers household, environmental,
commercial and family/personal care services to its customers. The ALL4U Services is the official
name of the proposed business which means ready to serve for all types of services offered by the
business. The following are the primary services of the business:
Household Help- these are the chores done at home like cleaning the house (comfort rooms, ceiling
and roofing) minor repairs of furniture, painting and repainting, electrical problems and among others
that needs immediate attention.
Environment Care- are the services in cleaning the grounds like lawn mowering, watering, planting,
weeding, cutting of plants among others.
Commercial Help- refers to providing additional manpower to the businesses if they need temporary
workers who can help them in maintaining the cleanliness of the site, arranger of products and the
like.
Family/personal care- are the services that may extend to help the family or personal circumstance of
the person like if the family needs someone to take good care of the house while they are in vacation,
someone to help them during parties like dishwashers, cook, run errand people among others.

The business has a network of workers that has expertise on the above-mentioned possible
services that the customers may need. In hiring personnel, the quantity demanded served
as indicator whether full time or part-time job only; when the quantity demanded is stable,
then hiring in full-time is advised. The workers have no employee-employer relationship to
the customers as they are only hired when their services are needed. Thus, the business is
the one that identifies the standard rate per services offered taking into consideration the
nature of the job and the hours consumed in performing the tasks. In observance to efficiency,
the business will make use of computer applications in advertising the business, taking orders or
booking, getting feedback from the customers and in receiving payments online. Undeniably,
majority of the target market are educated individuals with high acceptance on technology. This
means that, in one click the business will have a customer and the customer will choose as to what
service they wish to avail with corresponding payment and the necessary information of the service
attendant.
To ensure the continuity of the business, all affiliated workers in the business have to signed
exclusive contract with the business which means, rendering services to client without informing the
business is a ground of firing and breach of contract and shall not be known as part of the business.
This business also aims to help house wives and young people who has no work, to help their
families by being part of the business. This is giving employment opportunities to the jobless.

Target Market
The primary market of the proposed business are the households living in the different subdivisions
in Bayawan City namely: Amparos Village, GV Subdivision and Lopez Village. These group of
individuals were purposively selected to ensure purchasing power in availing the 13
services for a fee. Knowing that this market has limited time in taking their responsibilities at home
that may led to nonperformance of the expected functions, then ALL4U is the answer to the problem.
At present, there is no existing business that accommodate these needs in Bayawan City.
Location of the Business
The proposed business will be located at National Highway besides Palawan Pawnshop,

Poblacion, Bayawan City Negros Oriental. This will serve as the production and claiming area

where distribution and fabrication may happen and will also serve as storage of all equipment

and materials owned by the business. The proposed location is one of the ideal sites as it is

very accessible to target market since it is situated at the Poblacion area of the City.

Vision
ALL4U Services is the leading service provider for household, environmental, commercial and
family/personal care services in Negros Oriental.
Mission
ALL4U Services is an institution committed to provide quality, responsive to the needs of the
market, efficient and effective delivery of services to ensure customers satisfaction.
Goals
The following are the goals of ALL4U Services:
- Offer the services to the Negros Oriental customers;

- Innovate service offerings;

- Efficient booking system (ebooking);

The objectives of ALL4U Services are as follows:
Long-term Objectives are the targets of the business beyond five years of existence:
- At the end of 2025, the business has established 3 more businesses in Negros Oriental (preferably
Dumaguete City, Bais City and Guihulngan City);

- At the end of 2025, the business has innovation, efficient and effective service delivery to clients;

- At the end of 2025, the business is ready for franchise;

- At the end of 2025, the business gains reached to 5 Million.

Short-term Objectives conceived from the targets for the first year of operation to its third year:
- At the end of 2020, the business is already functional, ready to serve;

- At the end of 2020, launched the ebooking system of the business;

- At the end of 2020, earn at least 30,000.00/month of the operation;

- At the end of 2021, established network of customers (loyal);

- At the end of 2021, identify local partners for growth.
