DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This Deed of Sale, made and executed in the City of Zamboanga, Philippines, by

JOEL D. INOVEJAS, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Alfaro Street, Tetuan, Zamboanga City, Philippines hereinafter called the SELLER

-in favor of-

HASBI A. SAHI, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of 184 Sta.
Barbara, Zamboanga City, Philippines hereinafter called the BUYER,

WITNESSETH: -

That for and in consideration of the sum of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND

(P45,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the SELLER hereby sells, transfers and conveys unto the BUYER, his heirs and assigns,
free and clear from all liens, encumbrances or claims whatsoever that certain motor-
vehicle, more particularly identified as follows:

of which the SELLER is the absolute owner, and which is duly registered as per
