I couldn't imagine what the world would be like if we didn't have the following 5
facts that still make me have faith in humanity:
1. Global income inequality has been reduced. Although for some countries inequality is increasing, the overall picture shows a significant reduction. In our case, our country is having some issues about that theme, but I believe it can get better. Either of any advances would be fine for our country. 2. More attention is paid to psychological and behavioral problems that were previously normalized. For example Psychological and physical abuse of children. My parents did not have a happy childhood, the punishments were very harsh, my mother played a very important role in raising my uncles.Neither type of abuse is okay. 3. Equality of women: Although we live in a misogynist society, because it still is, women's rights have increased exponentially in the last century. The woman has been through a lot, hasn't she? 4. Equality marriage: At the beginning of this century there was no country in the world that recognized the right of two people of the same sex to marry. Today there are twenty-three who have included it in their legislation, and the number is increasing every year, also the tolerance and acceptance of lgbt community is increasing too. 5. Life expectancy: At the beginning of the last century, humanity had a life expectancy of thirty-two years. It has increased in the last few years, that's a great signal of good sanity and lifestyle. My family is happy to be healthy and experience life, so am I.
