ITEM 9.
In relation to AgriNurture, Inc.'s (The Company) disclosure on 12 October 2020 relative to the authority
to issue long term Green Bonds, the Company received today a Medium Green Rating from Cicero
Shades of Green for its Green Bond offering.
Cicero Shades of Green is a subsidiary of the climate research institute CICERO. It provides
independent, research-based evaluations of green bond investment frameworks to determine their
environmental strength. Their Second Opinions are graded Dark Green, Medium Green, Light Green and
Brown to offer investors better insight into the environmental quality of green bonds.
ANI has previously secured the authority to issue long term Green Bonds of up to Seventy Five (75)
Million Euros with maturity of up to Seven (7) years, including the issuance of commercial papers, with
terms and conditions to be recommended by Management and to be approved by the Board. The
issuance shall fund the agricultural project expansion of the Company geared towards climate change
adaptation and minimized environmental footprint.
