Geraldine Eustaquio won


PAARL Best Research Award
Geraldine Eustaquio one of the Enverga
University Librarians won the 1st place Best Research
Award given by the Philippine Association of
Academic/ Research Librarians Inc.

The award is given during the 47th General


Assembly, Awarding and Induction Ceremonies held at
Rizal Library, Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon
City on January 31, 2020. Ms. Eustaquio’s paper was
entitled “ Design and Implementation of EMRC web
based portal.

The award is given to recognize and reward


academic/research librarians who undertake quality
researches that are considered of significant potential
impact and relevance in the field of evidence based
Philippine Librarianship and will served as the spring-
board of further research.

Ms. Eustaquio received a plaque of recognition


and cash incentive for her paper.

Ms. Eustaquio is currently working as the


Technical Section Librarian of Enverga University.

Library Feb-Ibig Spine Poetry Contest


The contest required the students to
line up the words on book spine to create a
poem. This is being photographed and
uploaded to the Enverga Library Facebook
Page. Theme for the spine poetry is about love
and celebration of Valentine’s day. Student
entries were requested to be uploaded to
Enverga Library facebook page. Entries were
judged according to creativity, clarity and
number of heart reacts. Judges were the
librarians in the University Library.

Enverga Library launched Live Chat,
