Started selling when i was 13
I was that FOB “ Fresh off the boat” weirdo who had just started
6th grade when i moved to US. I went to Staley Middle School in Frisco,TX. Most
of my classmate’s family were well off, so they had a lot to show off & i didn’t.
I was using school’s computer as much as i can, but wasn’t enough to learn anything
proper, so me & my brother begged our parents to buy us a computer.
One day when i came home, an old HP computer was awaiting me.
Overloaded with too much information, but i found a template to build mobile sites.
So everyday before and after school. I called businesses & asked if they were
interested on mobile sites.
In those days, mobile sites was a “revolutionary thing”. First year, I made over 100k
as a 7th grader. This was when my love for Software started.
I always treated my small company as a “side hustle” and that was the problem. I
went from job to job treating my own software company as an “option”.
I worked at restaurant, mobile shops, malls etc & got fired from each one of them
because managers couldn’t control me.
The manager called me into the office and said “ We are sorry but we have to let you
go”
Went to “Goody Goody”, a local liquor shop. Bought a small bottle of grey goose
vodka and chugged it when i got home.
When i woke up, it was 4 PM. I went to my restroom and looked at myself in the
mirror and promised myself that i would not work for anyone else.
For few years, I struggled. My family didn’t support me properly because i was
blowing money my projects and i had nothing to show for.
My parents and friends told me to finish college and get a stable job, but i kept at it
because i didn’t want to have any regrets in life and slowly my business started to
pickup and i reinvested a lot of money back into the business to turn my business
into a stable company.
Where I am today
To win at business, Yah, you have to be first at the market or market your product in
a way that no one else has, but in life. Speed doesn’t matter, as long as you are in
the right directions you will get what you want.

Big believer that its the ability to not give up that helps person get what they want in
life rather than the talent. A lot of people who have talent to get ahead in life don’t
succeed because they give up too early.
