When I have been working in agricultural and natural resource department, I got intensely
interested in analysis of the food security of farmers, specially the economic and social status.
Leading the extension service, planning, monitoring, and evaluating the food security projects.

/EPS/, Haramaya University. Conducting action research in selected farmer’s field.
 2005-2010 Agricultural Extension and Technology Dissemination process
coordinator, Boreda Woreda Gamo Gofa Zone. Planed, implemented, monitored and
evaluated crop production, food security projects and Extension services.

 2010 to 2014 Agricultural extension communication and gender expert, Crop


production and protection expert, and work process coordinator. Arba Minch Zuria
Woreda Gamo Gofa Zone. Give direction, advice and build capacities of DAs and
farmer. Leading the demonstration of farmers training centers and fruit nurseries.
 2014-2016 IPM coordinator of cotton crop protection in farmer’s field school in
