5. WORKING EXPERIENCE
I have gained a first hand practical skills in my profession in participating CBTP (community
based training program) by two phases and involving in extra curricular activity.

I did my CBTP program in jucavm , Jimma Zone, Oromia Region. In two phase activities,
namely, phase I problem Identification and Phase II Intervention/solution has been carried out.
These practical helped me to understand how collect, handle and analyze the data and finally
how to give the solutions for problems idenftied in the frist phase. In addition, I also gained
suffieicent skills and knowledge on how to generate and distribute value added products to the
farmers and further also gained practical experiences on how to create awareness to the farmers
on different issues. These practical (CBTP) has only applied in Jimma university in higher
educational level of Ethiopia.

Work experience on studied time CBTP for community problem solving and create awareness,
changing behavior for new technology adoption .
I have full skill about chikens incubation ,poultry management general about brooding and
incubation field.
