I am an enthusiastic young lady interested in applying for the job as a laboratory scientist as part of the
team of health workers you are recruiting. This is in response to an advertisement published in the daily
graphic.

I hold a degree in biomedical laboratory science from the University. I have completed my National Service
and now seek to apply for the job as a laboratory scientist in your establishment. Some of my
responsibilities during my service and industrial attachments included :
▪ Collecting, processing and testing of various biological specimens.
▪ Operating laboratory equipments (centrifuge and microscope among others).
▪ Documentating and validating results generated. I am dedicated and committed
to my work, I work well as a team player and have gained a lot, making me capable of implementing
my skills and knowledge into my work.
