Orange Washing Drying Sorting Line

The equipment consists of automatic lifting, brush washing, liquid spray, water drying, automatic
wax, wax drying (air drying) dual-use, automatic classification units, suitable for round fruits
washing drying and sorting, such as orange, apple, pomegranate, etc.
The machine adopts microcomputer integrated operation platform, with stepless speed regulation,
automatic temperature control, rotary wax spraying and other functions.
Grading machine sorting specifications can be customized according to customer demand.

Details of every units

Unit 1-Conveyor feeder: 4.5 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, 1.25 meters in height, using belt
conveying fruit and stainless steel pipe chain row composition, with stepless speed regulating motor
power 0.75kw;
Unit 2-Brush washing and spraying: 1.4m in length, 1.4m in width and 1.1m in height. It is made
of 10 nylon brushes with water washing and spraying device installed on them.
Unit 3-Brush liquid spray: length 2.1m, width 1.4m, maximum height 1.6m, with 15 brushes for
cleaning, liquid spray and 1 group of high pressure fan are installed on it, with motor power 1.5KW.
Unit 4-Strong wind air dryer: 2.8m in length, 1.4m in width and 1.6m in maximum height. It is
cleaned and dehydrated by 20 brushes.
Unit 5-Waxing machine: 2.8m in length, 1.4m in width and 1.6m in height, it is composed of 10
cleaning brushes and 10 horse bristles brushes, on which a group of high pressure fan and waxing
system device are installed, with motor power of 2.2KW.
Unit 6-Dryer: 7.5m in length, 1.3m in width and 2m in height. It is made up of stainless steel chain
row, which is equipped with diesel combustion machine for drying and air drying.
Unit 7-Roller type classifier 7 barrels 8 grade: length 4 meters, width 1.55 meters, height 0.85
meters, with motor power 1.1KW. Grading specifications: 50-55-60-65-70-75-80 and above, or
customized according to customer requirements.

Terms
I. Packing Details: Machine will be coated with film firstly, then packed with free-fumigation
wooden case
II. Delivery time: 30 working days after received the down payment, provide the complete
documents that customs clearance required.
III. Payment term: 50% as prepayment by T/T, the balance of 50% before delivery.
IV. Valid time: This quotation is valid for 20 days.
V. Guarantee Terms: Quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by
machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are
caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.
