RE: REQUEST FOR OFF-SETTING OF ACCOUNT

Dear Mr. Requesto :

Again, we would like to inform your Good Office that we have completed our
project with your Company as early this year and the same was already certified
by your Architect and already turned-over to your Good Office. However,
during our attempts to collect the final amount due to us, the same was still
under process for a considerable long period of time.

It is also of general knowledge among us that I purchased from your company

the parcel of land (82 sq. meters) we had purchased from your Company a few
years back for the amount of Php ______________________ payable on seven (7)
years to which I had religiously paid for the past four (4) years to date.

In view of these circumstances, I decided that the final amount that I will
receive from the house construction project we completed for your company
be “applied” and/or “charged” to my liabilities/accountabilities for the parcel
of land I purchased with your company exclusive of the additional costs that
we incurred for the house construction project I had completed.

Please also bear in mind that this off-setting application/transaction is also

without prejudice to the remaining balance that I need to fully pay your Good
Office to which I am obliged to do so.

We are hoping that your Good Office would act accordingly and expediently
upon this humble request.
