As a part of the report, we tried to have contact with nearest agritourism farm Dewalokam, as we

enquired about this unique name, they said it was called “DEWALOKAM” as it means Abode Of Gods
or paradise.

It was located at Thodupuzha, Kerala, As it was not possible to directly go there and have a meeting
with the representative, we instead opted for an appointment through phone call, it never felt like
talking to a stranger; they were friendly and it didn’t feel like we wasted any time talking.

We had chance to ask questions regarding the COVID-19 protocols and customer service and

They said the place is near to Kochi airport to make people think it is easily reachable but the place
not that close to the airport, they say they are easily accessible but they are not found on major app
of tourism only direct booking and booking via phone is available which makes it really tough for the
customers to contact them it can really help the customers as well as them.
