Mindfulness/Stress industry is a great opportunity in india as we have

very few startups in this area. Here I made a brief attempt to give my
suggestions to build a community of mindfulness across B-schools
under samatvam.
 By approaching the relevant clubs/management we can Conduct a
small 15mins workshop(stress mainly on the need of mindfulness)
in the b-schools. And at the end we provide them links to subscribe
to our daily newsletters and instagram page. First we will try to
test this in the tier 3 b-schools and then we can build upon from
there.
 We can use Mailchimp for newsletters where we can design
personalised graphics, templates and also with very little cost.
 Parallely we can run a separate Instagram page where we can post
these shots otherwise we can also post them in the samatvam page
until we get enough reach and after that we can split.
 We should also make sure we post these shots on LinkedIn as well
because thats where we get the reach out to the students of the B-
schools easily.
 Although this is a brief attempt the broad idea is I think we should
present ourselves across platforms to increase the reach like they
do for Yourdost. Also finshots didn’t use any particular marketing
strategy its running on word of mouth. So It is inter-related the
more samatvam gathers followers the more will be the
subscribers for these newsletters.
