Based from the definition of the most essential terms of strategic control and the
learning exercises that you have done, please feel free to write your arguments or
lessons learned below. I have indicated my argument or lesson learned.

1. In completing the phases of strategic management, one of the most important

things to do is the strategy control. This is where assessment on the actual
versus standard plan was done, this control phase allows management to adjust,
and revise the plan.

Your Turn:

2. An organization needs to integrate its strategy and control systems to ensure

that strategy helps the organization in achieving its goals. Strategic control
specifically aims at ensuring that the organization is maintaining an effective
alignment with its environment and moving toward achieving its strategic goals.
3. An effective  Strategic Control  process should by implication help an organization
to ensure that it is setting out to achieve the right things, and that the methods
being used to achieve these things are working.
