Abstract:
Medcords is a platform that provides various Apps to connect people in Rural areas with
Doctors across India, provide good quality medicines at a reduced cost and help them break
the barriers of geographical location.
Their apps are relatively new and in-development phase, for which they need Quality analysts
who can analyze their apps from the user's point of view, provide valuable insights and
enhancements which would improve the ease of usability of the app and hence extend its
reach to tier-2 and tier-3 cities where people are not so tech-savvy.
We worked on the beta version of the Aayu and Sehat Sath app to report any bugs, issues, or
enhancements that should be implemented before the app gets released to the general public.
We had to familiarize ourselves with the workflow of different sections in the app to deeply
analyze the problems and issues affecting a user's experience and suggest required features
or enhancements that need to be added/implemented.
