Teachers’ Withdrawal Behaviors and their Relationship with Work Ethics

I. Statement of the Problem

This study aims to identify teachers’ withdrawal behaviors and the relationship
between such behaviors and work ethics based on the views of teachers and
school administrators serving in public elementary schools. . Specifically, it sought
to answer the following questions:
1. What are the levels of withdrawal behaviors exhibited by the teachers
under the following terms:
1.1 physical withdrawal behaviors

1.2 psychological withdrawal behaviors

2. if there is a significant relationship between the physical and psychological

withdrawal behaviors and the work- oriented sub- dimensions under the
