Education is defined as the process of teaching to everyone especially in school.

It is very important that we have the good quality of education. As part of that, the
teachers, being the focal figure in education, must be competent and knowledgeable in
order to impart the knowledge they could give to the students. We live in an ever
changing world. New technologies keep coming up and if you don’t want to be left
behind, you must keep up with the world which is moving really fast. Without education
it will be really difficult for you to adapt to all these changes. An educated person is
much more aware of the latest technologies and all the changes that are taking place in
the world.

Furthermore, learning is the act of acquiring new, or modifying and reinforcing,

existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, or preferences and may involve
synthesizing different types of information. We learn in every moment in the room during
classed hour.

As part of that, there are many things that may challenge and affect the progress
and learning’s of the students especially to those students who transferred from one
school to another school and have to adjust to the environment and to their subject. It
maybe there is a big difference on the subject they have in their past school to their new
school.

In related to this, math which is considered as one of the hardest subject in

school is defined as the science that deals with the logic of shape, quantity and
arrangement. Math is all around us, in everything we do. Furthermore, learning
mathematics forces one to learn how to think very logically and to solve problems using
that skill.  It also teaches one to be precise in thoughts and words.  Math teaches life
skills.  It is difficult to find any area of life that isn't touched by mathematics.  We are
surrounded by math, and also surrounded by people who do know math but some
students have difficulty in making meaningful connections within and across
mathematical experiences.

Thus, the researchers believe that the research being conducted will be effective
to help the students especially to those transferees to cope up with the subject and to
help them realized the importance of math to their everyday living.
