- Documents schema
- Pools
- Views
● User permission set to restricts users to
view related documents only.
DOC5 Configuration
● For living documents configuration which
means documents that is being used
currently and updated or modified from
time to time.
● Steps involved:
- Import document schema
- Rearrange the fields according to
fields for file view, hidden fields and
technical fields
- File type (living document)
● Save changes and update before opening
in portal.
