AWORI.

MINUTE 2 BUSINESS PROGRESS 22/08/2021 The directors of HARDWARE ONE O ONE,

discussed the way forward on and the progress of the business,

MINUTE 3 FILLING OF RETURNS 22/08/2021 It was agreed that we appoint a person who
will be filling OUR KRA monthly and annual returns to avoid penalties.

MINUTE 4 22/08/2021 ALLOTMENT OF SHARES TO THE DIRECTORS(505 SHARES)

The DIRECTORS OF HARDWARE ONE O ONE agreed that un allocated shares held in the
company (505 shares) be allocated to the directors in the following manner-:
MRS MARIA AWORI WANZA to be allocated 400 shares valued at Ksh 40,000.00
And MR EVANS OTIENO ODONGO be allocated 105 shares valued at Ksh 10,500
