SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, to be my true and lawful attorney to act in, manage and conduct all
my affairs and for the purpose in my name and on my behalf to do and execute
any or all of the following acts, deeds, things to wit:

1. To bring suit and/or file an appropriate action for the issuance of New
Owner‘s Duplicate Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title before any court of
law in my behalf against all other persons or entities which may be
affected thereby;

verification and certification of non-forum shopping related to the filing of
every pleading, petition, memorandum, motion or position paper before any
court of law or government agencies, as well as to sign and interpose appeal,
petition for certiorari or appeal memorandum, whenever necessary;

4. To enter to compromise agreement and/or amicable settlement in my name

and stead, attend pre-trial conference and perform all under the provision
mandated by the rules, in connection with and related to my afore-said
actions brought or to be filed for against me concerning the subject matter,
with full authority to delegate this power to another person or attorney who
will attend to the case;
 5. To designate, hire and appoint attorney-at-law to protect my rights and
interest related to his power stated herein; and

6. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver any and all documents and
pleadings as necessary thereof with his power stated in this authorization
pertinent to the above describe authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and
purposes, as I might or could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
conforming all that my said attorney in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue thereof.
