this case together with his mother and ALZIMAR ARADAIS., respondents
resolved that this case be dropped and closed.

With the following conditions to wit;

1.) Both Parties promised not to believe in any gossips.
2.) Both Parties realized their mistakes and be forgotten.
3.) Both Parties promised that it should never happen again.
