4. What is the maximum step count that I can set on my ‘Reflex’ app?
The maximum steps that can be set on the ‘Reflex’ app is 50,000. The band, however, will calculate
steps even beyond 50,000 and will go till 99,999.
Your Heart Rate data is set to track your Heart Rate by default at every 5 minutes interval. You can
keep it On or Switch if Off from the App depending on your usage. You can do so by going into
Band Settings on the Fastrack Reflex App and tapping on the option of Auto Heart Rate Tracking.
Please note: Activity trackers are not medical devices, and the data provided by them is not intended
to be utilized for medical purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We recommend you consult your doctor before engaging in any exercise routine.
11. I am not able to see any notifications on my Reflex Beat band. Why?
This may be due to one of four reasons:
Scenario 1: You should make sure that your Reflex Beat is connected to your phone. We can check
if the phone is connected or not by swiping downwards once on the home screen, where there will be
a notification if the band is connected or not.
Scenario 2: Make sure that you have given permission to all the notifications in your app and in the
settings of your phone. To give permission to the notifications, open the Reflex app and click on
Hamburger Menu on Android/Settings Icon on iOS and go to band settings. Under band settings you
need to allow all the notifications.
Scenario 3: The Reflex Beat might be in sleep mode. To disable the sleep mode long press on the
touch button for 5 seconds and your band will return to normal mode and your notifications should
now start working.
Scenario 4: You would have missed out on giving access permissions at the time of pairing. For this,
go to Settings on your phone, Go to the App and then Select Permissions. Check if all the
permissions have been given on the phone. If the problem still persists, try toggling the permissions
on/off once again and then it will work.
13. My band vibrates at night and I am very disturbed by it. What do I do?
We do have sleep mode in Reflex Beat. To enable Sleep Mode please refer to Question 6.
When the band is put on sleep mode, you will receive no vibrations or notifications on the band.
Please Note: At this point, the band will track only sleep data.
14. How do I charge my Reflex Beat?
To charge your band, attach the charging chord to any USB A port and connect the other end of the
chord to the band where you see two pins. The charger will get attached to the band magnetically so
that you don’t have to worry about the orientation. The band will show you a symbol of battery
charging and will show FULL when it is done. It usually takes about 1.5 – 2 hours to fully charge the
band from zero.
15. How can we mute the vibration when you receive it on the band?
We can mute the vibration on the band by tapping the touch button once. Muting the band will not
mute the phone.
21. For how long will my fitness data be recorded if not synced with the app?
The Reflex Beat band will save the last 14 days data without synching with the app. This will
include your Heart Rate data, Steps Data and Sleep Data.
22. Can I find my phone using ‘Reflex Beat’ band?
Yes, you can find phone using the Reflex Beat.
Step 1: Tap the touch button until you get to the screen where a phone and lens ‘Phone Finder
Option’ is displayed.
Step 2: Long press on the touch button.
Step 3: Your phone will start ringing. Long press it again to de-activate it or press the power button
on your phone to stop it.
Note: Reflex Beat should be paired with your phone and it should be in range. Also, if you have a
separate slider in your phone to put the phone in silent mode (e.g. Apple phone or OnePlus Phones),
then your phone might not ring.
25. I want someone to explain me all the features of the band and take me through it step by step.
