In organizations, transition and change management can seem to be interchangeable, but there

are substantial and essential distinctions between the two. People can lack consistency about

what is necessary to move a change initiative forward if there is no clear delineation. As change

management practitioners, we would be in a stronger place if we can better identify and discuss

change and change management separately. Change is a shift from a current state (how things are

now) to a future state via a transition state (how things will be done). In change management

literature and other improvement disciplines, the definition of three states of change is widely

used.it is complex, dynamic, and full of challenging processes instead of a set of recipes. In an

organization, management of change gets the contingency approach where successful

exploitation depends on knowledge of the circumstances around the situation, understanding of

the intersection, and the potential impact of associated variables. having effective and

progressive change management can help in forecasting the future of an organization. Supporting

people during their changes is what change management is all about. Organizational transition,

or going from a current state to a future state, necessitates change management because it has a

direct effect on how people conduct their employment (likely many people).there is no doubt that

change has been increased dramatically from last few years by which environmental or another

aspect of life has been changed. for example, the growth of worldwide technologies and their

impact have been affected at a large level. In an organization, change plays a crucial role as it is

one of the required materials which should be done from time to time or as per the company’s

situation. There is no doubt that today’s world is fragile where are the normal or traditional belief

systems are getting a new version of the technology. But the main factor in the case is knowing

how effective a lay company is willing to change and how they will manage to change inside the

organization. Managing change is about handling the competitors of travel. It is about evaluating,
planning, and implementing. In the software system, the company had been made different

changes during the whole time. However, in this case, JCSS has been changed several factors

from their management. The first change, they are not doing custom development in can be

assisted in eliminating the data from the processing department. Although change must be well

handled, it must also be implemented and maintained with effective leadership. The author

proposes an integrative model of change leadership that takes into account the cognitive,

spiritual, emotional, and behavioral dimensions and requirements. Vision, principles, strategy,

empowerment, encouragement, and inspiration are all part of the model. The paper comes to a

close with a short description. Bad management causes many reform efforts to fail, including

inadequate preparation, tracking, and control, a lack of resources and know-how, and conflicting

organizational policies and practices. It's a must to be able to handle change effectively.

management is about to replace their old system with newly purchased software packages by

having a maintenance agreement. Moreover, JCSS is changing its facilities to manage the

financial system by accepting the new software system. This new system will able to utilize an

integrated database and will report generation software so that people can share data from the

various application ( Brown et al, 2012).
