Instructions
Step 1: Perforate/Score along blue lines.

Step 2: Cut along grey lines.

Step 3: Cut along red lines.

Step 4: Cut along green lines (if present)

Step 5: Glue/Double Sided Tape the grey “A” and “B” (if present) letter location for each divider.

Step 6: Fold so “A” letters meet and “B” letters meet; let dry if using glue.

Step 7: Trim corners as needed to fit tray or use a corner rounder (see example yellow marks on page 1).

Notes
You can skip Step 5 by placing tape on the bottom after Step 6.

Print in black and white to save on colored printer ink.

If using light paper stock, it might be handy to tape them into the tray cells with double sided tape or mount them
on light card stock.

HP Laser Matte Paper (for laser printers)


Epson Matte Paper (for ink jet printers)

Hobby Knife w/ aluminum shaft and Carl Hand Rotary Cutter w/ optional perforation blade. (~$30)
