Whether we like it or not, household chores are a necessary part of everyday life and it is undeniable that its
benefits are enormous.
a. 1st, Chores help teach me life skills. I’m young now, but i won’t be a kid forever! Laundry, cooking and
budgeting are just some of the skills i will need once i finally move out. These are also things that schools do not
fully teach, making learning them at home even more important.
b. Chores help me learn responsibility and self-reliance. Being assigned regular chores helps teach me
responsibility. Tasks that personally affect me, such as cleaning my room or doing my own laundry, can help
them become more self-reliant at the same time.
c. Chores help teach teamwork. I think being a productive member of a team can be modelled through housework.
My family members are accountable to each other, and there are consequences when i don’t live up to each
other’s expectations. Learning these lessons at home, where mistakes are more easily forgiven, can help me
develop strong teamwork skills to use at school or work.

There are four people in my family: my dad, my mum, my younger sister and I. We are all very busy. Therefore,
household chores are divided equally among the members of my family. My dad does the heavy lifting around
our house, sometimes prepares dinner. My mum does most of the cooking and groceries shopping. I help my
mum cook lunch and dinner, do the laundry and the washing-up. Moreover, due to having a free afternoon every
week, I also help my parents by cleaning the entire house with my sister She is also responsible for making her
bed in the morning and cleaning her own study space. I love sharing the household chores with all members of
my family. Everyone can reduce the burden and have some time to relax.

I would like to share with you something that I am keen on doing in my leisure time to stay healthy, which is
jogging.
I took up this habit about 1 year ago. At that time, I was up to my ears with study to prepare for my high school
entrance exam so I was a little bit stressed out. Then I thought that I needed to do something energetic to release
some stress, so I decided to have a crack at jogging.
At first, doing this was quite challenging for me because I had a sedentary lifestyle. I just sat in front of my
computer every day to complete my assignments. But after a few days of suffering from muscle aches, I got used
to jogging and kept doing it in the evenings with my dog.
Well, I have to say that this sport has helped me a lot in strengthening my physical health as well as my mental
health. Also, jogging allows me to unwind and enjoy fresh air, and whenever I go jogging I feel like my mind is
being refreshed. That’s all!

I do have some bad habits but the one that tends to affect my work is procrastination.When you procrastinate,
instead of working on important, meaningful tasks, you find yourself performing trivial activities. That’s me!
Sometimes all my opportunities seem to be on my fingertips, but i can't seem to reach them. When i procrastinate,
i waste time that i could be investing in something meaningful. If i can overcome this fierce enemy, you will be
able to accomplish more and in doing so better utilize the potential that life has to offer. So to stop
procrastinating, I need to take action. I think I should focus my effort on the right activities and set priorities to
avoid continually switching between actions. And nothing can be better than the To-Do list. It helps me get the
most important and urgent tasks done every day, while also helping me prioritize the work on my schedule and
limit new tasks. With its help, i will be able to manage much more in a day, with less stress and tiredness. I hope
with these attempts, I can kick my bad habit.

I’m not completely into any type of music specifically, I listen to the music that fit my mood. If I’m happy, I will
listen to pop or hip hop. When I work out, I will blast EDM or songs with fast tempo. And if I’m sad, I will just
listen on repeat to ballad.

Usually, people in the country are busy with their respective tasks and have less time to spend on their
entertainment. The time they get is merely enough to derive pleasure from indoor and outdoor activities. So,
television shows are the only ways to be entertained and this show is really an excellent one. …is a perfect blend
of music, excitement and entertainment.
