Macabog, Sorsogon City;

That due to travel constraints I cannot go to Manila personally, thus I

hereby AUTHORIZE AFREEN ANSARI ANWAR HUSAIN, of legal
age and also an Indian national, to transact with you regarding on how can I
obtain my current valid Visa (Stamp) here in the Philippines and related
transactions that maybe needed so;

That I will be needing the foregoing so I can apply for the upcoming
licensure exam in India.
