SECTION C

Question 1

Yesterday, Ms. Saidah bought her children to the night market. The night market is
nearby her house. So, they walked to the night market.
The night market was crowded and noisy. There were many stalls there. The
stalls were selling food, clothes, household items, fruits and vegetable. They also sold
toys that were cheap, attractive and worth buying.
Ms. Saidah bought several things including a battery-operated toy car for her
son. Nani, her daughter, bought herself some pieces of fried chicken.
They walked home happily after buying many things.

Question 2

Last evening, my family and I went to a park nearby our house. My father
drove us there. He drove carefully. There was sport and art carnival. There were
many people at the park. There were many people at the park. There were many
activities held such as cycling, boating and colouring contest. My father and I
rented a bicycle. We cycled around the park.
My brother, Alim took part in the colouring contest. He won the first prize. We
were very happy and proud of him. We took photos at the park. We also made a
few new friends. We had a wonderful time.
