Job duties are to:

- To dispense prescribed medicines pharmaceutical preparations in absence of or under supervision of

Chief Pharmacist.

- Compound preparations according to prescriptions issued by medical practitioners.

- Labeling, Packing, stores, and also issues pharmaceutical materials supplies.

- Maintain files as well as records submit required pharmacy reports.

Financial Offer:

A) The offered Basic salary to Trainee Pharmacist position is at 7000/- Rs of salary per month

B) Your position compensations and benefits are a Special lncentives of 2000/- Rs fixed for
Achieving retail sales of 2 Lac Per Month Applicable from 1st day of joining.

Further information about the work:

A) Reporting: You will report to Mr. Gajendra Kumar

B) 15 days of full day training will be provided from 16s August 2021 to 31't August 2021 and
during training the timing will be from 8 am to 9 pm. No compensation will be provided during
training period of L5 days (The training period can extend depends upon the performance and
learning skills of the candidate.)
C) Work hours: Your working hours will start from 8 AM to 5 PM after completing training period.

D) Vacations: Half day leave will be provided on every Sunday and working timing will be 5 pm to
9 pm. No any other Leave will be entitled during working days.

E) ln case of any emergency 1 day in a month can be considered without loss of pay for genuine
reasons. Apart from this any leave taken by you will be considered as loss of pay.

F) Employee should provide 1 month prior notice for Resignation, in case of Resignation without
Notice the 1 month of Salary will be deducted from employee's salary.

G) Any kind of Transactions issues, Shortage of Stock and Fund dispute will be penalized as per the
actual amount.
