Rating Procedure:

1. The USC Audit Committee shall call for a meeting to conduct a re-orientation on
the process of reviewing and evaluating.
2. The Auditors of the USC, UBOs, CSCs, and CBOs shall review the records of the
performance of their co-officers based on the accomplishment reports for the
month submitted for the evaluation period together with the work attitude.
Observations and recommendations shall likewise be included before transmitting
to the USC Audit Committee.
3. The USC Audit Committee shall disseminate officers’ performance evaluation
form to the student body for the students to rate the elected officers’ performance
in accomplishing the tasks and events held by the council/organization.
4. The USC Audit Committee shall schedule the review and evaluation of the
accomplishments of the officers.
5. The USC Auditor shall review and analyze the accomplished tasks of the events
of the USC, UBOs, CSCs, and CBOs’ officers in order to rate or give them the
appropriate points for credit.
6. The USC Audit Committee shall consolidate the performance evaluation of the
Auditors and the student body and must discuss the results with all the concerned
parties.
7. The concerned parties shall agree on the rating and shall affix their signature on
the evaluation form as proof.
8. The officer that will gain the highest rating for the month for each
council/organization will be recognized and will be given an e-certificate as the
officer of the month.
9. Comments/suggestions from the auditors and the student body will be relayed to
the officers.

Performance deficiencies are evident. Failed to meet at least half of the event

Met more than half of the key objectives (7-8)

Below average. Failed but thriving to meet all the event objectives.

Met all key objectives (4-6)


Average. Succesfully met all the event objectives.

Also exceeded at least half of the key objectives (2-3)

Above average. Performance beyond expectation, significant and progressive


insights risen.
Exceeded all the key objectives (1)
