Please be informed that the ribbon cables of FSL 2.08 have been damaged by the rats this is located in the machine
room. Herewith attached the pictures of some damaged cables . You are kindly requested to establish the proper pest
control measures to avoid future damages. The damage parts to be imported from factory and the respective time
and cost implication shall be brought to your notice after thorough inspection of system.

This is very serious issue Kindly take immediate ac on to implement proper Pest control system . This is not the
first me the same happened to other elevators too which had delayed the progress . Appreciated your fastest
response .
