My child Abraham S. Banaag Jr. in eighth grade

of St. Timothy under the advisory class of Mrs
Mylen F. Nagangis, was not able to answer some of
his activities on time because he need to join the
other family members for my father’s funeral.
Therefore we would like to ask for an extension in
passing her modules that is due on 8th of October
2020. We will try our best cope up on his lessons
and activities.
