Brief Description of the Purpose of the Project (10 points): The Project will streamline the
employee evaluation and training process which will result in time and cost savings for both the
employee and the employer.

Bulleted Overarching Goals (10 points):

● Create an employee competency matrix, establishing quarterly and yearly goals per
position.
● Establishing a baseline for knowledge and certificates for employees.
● Design Customized Road map for additional training classes and certificates need to
reach quarterly and yearly goals
● Evaluate and select the LMS system to deploy training based on cost and ease of use.
● Create custom assessment and badges to track employee progress through the training.
