Dear Executive Leadership team

I am reaching out to you to update you on the progress of the Adaptive learning
software program deployment. I wanted to share with you our current completed
milestones and the changes required for the remaining milestones in order to meet our
initial deadline.
The first milestones were completed within the anticipated timeline and were scheduled
for adequate as they are the foundation of the program. I don't believe setting a sooner
due date would have been effective or had any impact towards the overall timeline for
the project.

The remaining milestones to be completed are still achievable within the timeline
established with the exception of milestone two that requires a boot camp for training
the instructors. The Main reason for this delay is directly related to the new COVID
outbreak which delayed the office opening and shifted priorities within the organization.
However, I don't believe the overall timeline will need to be adjusted for final deployment
of the program.

Once the current reopening phase is complete, we will be able to continue our progress
on this project. I would like to thank you all for your time and support throughout this
project in these uncertain times.
